Old Avsig Weirdness

The current (soon to be former) Avsig is behaving oddly, with the screen of forums rotating 360 degrees and no log on option. What's going on? (This in addition to the odd color scheme yesterday, and today, but I figure that's just something to do with the end being nigh.)
