Yes, most of them are very current income oriented. Substantial liquid assets don’t count for much.

Well, this may have to wait. I didn't want to pay cash. Lenders see losses in the company from before. I see that as behind us, but may have to wait for that to show on tax returns. Sigh.

In my continuing effort to get my credit score fixed after refinancing, the bank said today they put in a fix yesterday. Today, my score dropped 5 more points
