End of the Line for NASA's 747 IR Observatory

The article https://www.theregister.com/2022/04/...nd_of_mission/ doesn't say, but, except for far infrared, it seems to be redundant with JWST. The 747 will fly until the end of September, by which time JWST should have done more than two months' worth of science.
