        They've got some smart cookies over there.

        I've never paid much mind to the volume of the toilets on aircraft, but after reading this, it made me recall the times I've plaintively pressed the "flush" button while preparing myself for the aural assault in a very tiny room with hard, sound-reflecting surfaces. However, these toilets have nothing compared to some commercial commodes I've heard (especially with those touchy sensors) that fill up a perfectly quiet washroom with what seems like more than 100 dB of rushing water.
