  • 1 TB SSD

I just bought a 1 TB Intel SSD for less than $80.00. You can't tell from the picture, but it is only about 1 inch by 4 inch and plugs into a port beside my video card.

Pretty amazing for a guy who started with punch cards in 1965. ROFL

        Hi Ralph,
Along with the card punch comes chads. Remembering bags n bags of chads. Remembering one of our guys allowing us to park his VW Beatle the evening of his wedding. The Beatle made a fine repository for gazillions of chads. Still had chads hidden in it when he traded it in a few years later<grin>.

          CRAZY.

I remember $1000 floppy drives, back with $1000 would buy you a LOT.

And then, $1000 per megabyte for hard drives. 5 MB = $5000

Mine is in a desktop. I would think that they are also available for laptops as long as the laptop had the correct port.

In the realm of ridiculous...I just bought a 256GB SD card for about $35. Unbelievable.
