"driver Update"aauurrggh!

I have a malware/adware/half a$$ed Virus that keeps popping up telling me I need to update drivers....with their download program.
I went to uninstall, and found it and uninstalled it. It pops up again, but now I can't find it to uninstall. I assume they changed the name to protect the uninstall...

What Malware program is safe for this?

Malewarebytes . I'm a long-time user. If it doesn't go away, they have a forum that I have used in the past. They have a trial version and a free version. I use the pay version on my main computer and the free on my others.

You might want to also consider an Ad-blocker, or at minimum disable Flash from running automatically.
