The current BBS systems can take a raw URL and make it a clickable link. Some (and SigIII seems to do it) will retrieve the title automatically.

In short, just paste the URL and let the magic take care of it.

The URL (Uniform Resource Locator) is the text that you can type at the top of your web browser window up in what they often refer to as the address bar. It is the instruction to your computer of where to look on the Internet to find the web site you desire.
