One bug with this layout: I'm noticing that if the login fails, I end up with a small box that seems to have the website in the box. It may be due to the header being in a window that it shouldn't appear due to size. I'll try to get a picture next time.

I just entered bad login info in a private Chrome browser and got this:

Name:	gothis.jpg
Views:	298
Size:	57.5 KB
ID:	92

(As should be the case). What browser is putting the header in this box?

Here's what I'm seeing. It seemed like it refused my request, but then when I clicked on a link in there, I suddenly found myself logged in - but only inside the window. This is under both Edge and Chrome. I suspect CSS is getting injected into someplace it shouldn't.

It looks like the site is trying to support drag and drop attachments, but I can't figure out how to get it to work.

I'm seeing the same thing on Safari 11 on the Mac.

Yep ... that's all wrong. I'll poke around in the stylesheets and see if I made any of them a little too custom ...

I'm wondering if the smart thing to do is switch the style to "Default Style", work the bugs out and then go for the customized one - baby steps.

Good point. In the lower-left corner of the page you should see a link that shows the current "AVSIG Cool Blue." If you click on it you can access all the available site style themes, including Default. Would you like to see if you can replicate the captured header in Default?

I got the same result with "default" (picture in a picture). Once I changed the URL to dev.avsig.com, I found myself logged in. So, there's three problems: A false error message when in fact I'm successful, a message that puts too much in the box, and once I'm logged in, that log in doesn't transfer to the main page.

I replicate the false logout & captured header, "remedied" by clicking the login button and then just clicking around in the forum like nothing happened. I'll have to think up why invoking the gateway address causes this temper tantrum ... though the header issue looks like some vB issue (that I suspect we won't see again if we get the pointer to behave correctly).
