A while ago I logged in and saw there were 8 or 10 new messages since last time. Then an event in my life took me away from the computer for a while. When I got back I found I had been logged off. When I logged back on I found there were no new messages, so I've missed those new messages originally listed and not yet viewed.

In the old AVSIG I could simply ask for all the messages with today's date and see them. Now, what is a SIMPLE way to see those messages I've missed?

I use the colored icons. Those are "unread" flags. They don't clear just because you log out. It won't bring all the posts into one place, but it tells you which sections and threads have the new posts. On the threads, if you click on the double-down arrow icon, it should take you to the first unread message.
