The plane I made an offer on in June came back. The seller accepted my terms and an annual is being completed. I'll be reviewing logs this weekend.

      340, not 340A?

I'd have to think about it longer.

With insurance changes, it may only be family riding with me ):

Well, this may have to wait. I didn't want to pay cash. Lenders see losses in the company from before. I see that as behind us, but may have to wait for that to show on tax returns. Sigh.

That’s disappointing Dave. Another ugly effect of the time of COVID, doesn’t matter that you know how to run your business. Have you talked to several lenders?

Yes, most of them are very current income oriented. Substantial liquid assets don’t count for much.

                          Dave,
That sucks. Maybe you should have told them it was going to be a second home. But do appreciate how tough and weird things are in the financial markets right now.

                          Very best,
                          Andy

I'll never understand them Andy. I'm quickly moving down the road looking way ahead, they want to be in the front seat, but looking out the rear view mirror.

That sucks. Hopefully it won't be too long.
